June 2011 Loves. Ped Egg, Almay, EOS, Quench, Befine

I have to be honest, I didn't wear that much makeup this month. That explains the lack of makeup look post, so I will not include any makeup products in my June favorites. However, I did enjoy some products last month that I would like to share with you.

I used my EOS lip balm in summer fruit a lot. I used this egg shaped lip balm everyday and every night before bed and whenever I needed to moisturize my lips (Read my review HERE). It makes my lips soft and moisturize and it smells delicious.

Price $3.99. You can get it at your local drugstore like Walgreens, Walmart, Target, CVS, Rite Aid, and at participating grocery stores like Food 4 Less, Vons and Albertsons. Or buy them online at Drugstore.com

My Ped-Egg is love! It really works. You've probably seen in in the infomercial or at your local drugstore. Kiko got this for me a long time ago as a joke. He said my feet are so rough, I need a cheese grater for my feet lol. Well, I'm glad he got it for me because I love it. The sole of my feet gets a bit dry and all I do is slide it carefully back and forth until the dry skin disappear. It doesn't hurt at all, but I'm always careful. You can buy it HERE for $10 (2 Ped Egg) or find it at your local drugstores.

After I use my Ped-Egg, I always follow it up my Burt's Bees Almond Milk Beeswax hand creme (Read my review HERE). It's thick and provides intense moisture on the skin, especially my dry feet. It also has a sweet Almond scent that I really enjoy. You can find it at your local drugstore or buy it at Drugstore.com for $8.99

I'm lucky I don't have sensitive skin and I can try different kinds of face products without irritating my skin. Befine Exfoliating Cleanser is my favorite cleanser at the moment. The sugar crystals dissolves into a foamy creamy cleanser that cleans and softens my face (Read my review HERE). You can buy a full size at Birchbox for $25 HERE.

I was sent these skin care samples from Quench Bath and Body, a company who specializes in all natural products. I'm waiting for the P.R. to answer some questions I have about the products before I post my review. But for now I can say that I really enjoyed their products. You can go to their website www.QuenchBathandBody.com

The only product that I can never live without...Almay Line Smoothing concealer (Read my review HERE). I always include it in my monthly favorites because it's what I use the most. I use it as a base for my eye shadows and a great under eye concealer. You can get it your local drugstores for $9.99 or less. Or get it online at Drugstore.com

Review/Photos: Befine Exfoliating Cleanser

I was lucky enough to get a decent sample size of Befine Exfoliating Cleanser in my February Birchbox. I've been enjoying it for the past 2 weeks and I love it. It's a scrub that melts into a nice foamy a cleanser. It's pretty rough on initial contact, but the sugars quickly dissolves into a foamy cleanser as you will see in the photos at the end of this post. My skin never had any bad reaction to it and I like how it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or dry. It makes my skin super soft and smooth.

I've never heard of this brand before, but after a bit of research I found that Befine is a new brand in the market founded in 2006. Taken from Befine facebookBefine is a collection of natural skin products that rely on food ingredients, plants, vitamins, minerals, and oils to purify, protect and pamper the skin". I love that all their products are made with natural ingredients and not with harsh chemicals.

WHO: All skin types. I've read reviews on MakeupaAlley.com from people with acne prone and sensitive skin who loves this product.

WHAT: Befine Exfoliating cleanser with brown sugar, sweet almond, and oats.

WHEN: Permanent

WHERE: You can get it at your local Ulta. A full size cost $25

The sugar crystals are quite big and very visible.

HOW: On a clean and damp face, massage a small amount of the product using your fingers for a few minutes. Rinse and pat dry with a clean towel.

As you scrub more, the sugars dissolved into a foamy cleanser.

I'm really enjoying this product a lot and from all the exfoliators I've tried, this is far by the best. It is on the expensive side. A full size product will cost you about $25, but I think it's worth it and I'm sure you will love it  as much as I do.

Birchbox#4: Be Fine, Nars, Bare Escentuals and etc...

It's that time of the month again...Birchbox ^_^ This is my 4th Birchbox, and it's still makes me excited whenever I get it in the mail. I just love seeing the hot pink box because I know it's gonna be beauty goodies just for me! ^_^ By the way, if you don't know what Birchbox is, it's a monthly subscription service where you get 4-5 deluxe samples from different high end beauty brands hand picked by the Birchbox team. To learn more about them just click here. Or if you want to see my previous Birchbox packages, then click herehere and here!

As always, the packaging is super cute with the colored paper and ribbons. It's these little things that makes the package special.

Bare Minerals, Flawless Definition Volumizing Mascara. I've never tried anything from this line, so I'm pretty excited to try this out. It's supposed to give your lashes serious volume and intensity. We will see...

Befine, Exfoliating Brown Sugar Cleanser. I've never heard of this brand before, but I love exfoliating products, so I'm excited to try this out too. Since I don't have sensitive skin, I don't think I'll have a problem with it.

Nars, Orgasm Illuminator. OMG, no freakin' way! I'm so happy they included a product sample of this cult favorite brand that I can never afford haha. It's a peachy pink highlighter or illuminator that supposed to add a nice glow to your face.

Pomega5, Green Tea Mattifying Moisturizer. Once again, a brand that I've never heard of, but I'm already liking the fact that it's mattifying and it has anti-oxidants. I kind'a wished the sample was a little bigger though.

Sweetriot Chocolate-Covered Cacao Nibs. This is the Birchbox treat. I know it's not a beauty product but it's pretty neat that included this in the package. Anything chocolate is cool with me ^_^

I'm happy with this month's Birchbox, and I can't wait to try these all out.
