Stars from Bollywood are on cloud 9 after hearing about all the Oscar nominations Slumdog Millionaire got. Jiah Khan looked like a vision in red and radiant as ever at the Mumbai Premiere of Slumdog Millionaire.

Wrap a paper towel around a cup of frozen peas and hold them under your eyes for five minutes on each side. Want to look airbrushed in person? Dot lightweight tinted moisturizer on face and neck. (Use the shade you are, not a hue you want to be. You'll add color back later with blush and bronzer.) Spread evenly over face and neck with a sponge wedge until formula vanishes completely into skin.

Apply concealer after foundation. You'll need less and won't risk rubbing it off with the wedge.
