Make-up Trend: Two-Tone Eye Shadow

On the latest issue of Verve, Chitrangada Singh looked every bit of a diva. Make up artist Mickey Contractor rimmed her eyes in black liner, then followed with a wash of citrusy gold liner on the bottom lashline. Next, he layered icy turquoise and silvery gray-green shadow along the crease, extending the colors, to wing them slightly. The effect was sculpted and dimensional, but still lighthearted thanks to the splash of color.

If not careful with the purple colored family, it can make you appear tired and fatigued. Take a lesson from Chitrangda Singh on the November issue of Cosmopolitan India. Use a heavily pigmented shadow as a liner by wetting a fine brush, dip in shadow, and dab gently along the top lash line, and below the bottom. Add a coat of black liner for extra definition. The subtle halo effect is an easy way to experiment with bold shades without going overboard.

Heads up winter brides throw away that whitening foundation and embrace your natural bronzy goodness! On the latest issue of Bride & Style Magazine Chitrangada Singh shows of a gorgeous midsummer glow. If powder bronzer doesn't give you enough color, try a tinted moisturizer and pearlescent body lotion. You'll get a more vivid, uniform looking color. Just be sure to rub in evenly to avoid looking streaky.
