○º Last Minute Party Outfit Ideas º○

Ok, so it's New Year's Eve, right? Then it's time to shine! It's that moment of the year when you can be a star for a night, when you can wear anything you want without being "too much"! Are you ready to party? ;)

But what do you do when you have no idea what to wear? Do you fear you may be to trashy or too boring?

Here I have for you some outfit ideas for tonight's party, in order to help you choose the style that best suits you. Enjoy and get creative with what you have. You don't need to buy something new, just work with what's already in your wardrobe and you'll shine all night!

1. First idea for tonight's party is a very glamorous, princess-like type of outfit. If you are girly but like to stand out, choose a strapless dress in a bright color, with lace and glitter. Accessorize with a sparkly clutch, high heels and don't forget your necklace. If you don't have a similar dress, you can always choose a more simple one, take the straps off, saw some spangles on the top part, tie a bow on the middle and choose your glittery accessories. You should look almost royalty! ;)

2. If you have a more Audrey Hepburn-ish style, endorse your usual little black dress, but make it a bit shorter this time, above your knees with about 8 inches. To avoid a boring all-black look, wear a pair of red shoes, an animal print purse and red lipstick. A bracelet with a red charm and a ring with a big stone will definitely complete this elegant outfit!

3. Do you like the manly trend that's been going on in fashion lately? Then there's nothing more appropriate for you than my outfit idea number 3! Sure, you'll be the it-girl of the night if you appear like this, but that's what you want, right? ;) But pay attention to the details, as you will be very feminine in this manly outfit (oxymoron? :P) if you use lots of sparkles, long earrings and a shimmery coral lipstick plus sexy elegant heels. If you don't have a similar dress, just take a normal office type skirt, add some beads on it if you want and wear it with a simple black top with thin straps, on which you can add a white bow tie and some buttons... And you're good to go! ^.^

4. Is there a Hollywood wannabe in you? Then why don't you try a golden dress tonight? If it's short, strapless and very shimmery, than you'll catch all the looks at the party! Wear it with some golden sandals, a gold nail polish and some sexy earrings for an even higher impact. Wear your hair up if the dress is backless and use a pink lipstick with gold reflexes to complete your celebrity inspired look.

5. Not in the mood for a dress? Then wear some loose, sexy pants and a lace or transparent top! Of course, you need to add bold accessories to this outfit in order to shine tonight :). Try an over-sized necklace with 10-12 layers of beads and a lovely head band. You definitely need some very high heeled pumps for this and a colorful clutch, to give some life to your look. Now isn't that tempting? :D

 6. If you want something more office-like, select a tight but longer dress from your closet but wear it with feathery type of accessories: a black clutch with feather applications, peacock inspired shoes with stiletto heels and long earrings. Wear glitter on your lids and a strong perfume and you'll be just like a lady. A very fashionable one, that is! ;)

7. The trendy girls will always choose a funky outfit with eye-catchy patterns and unique accessories. And the seventh proposal is exactly for that type of girl. Don't have a similar dress in your closet? Than take any tight, shiny dress you have, cut it shorter (if it isn't already), cut one strap and add a piece of material in a contrasting color on the shoulder with the remaining strap and on the bottom, opposite part, as you see in the image. Wear your chain and bow jewelry, a gold nail polish and add shimmer to your cheekbones. Complicated high heeled shoes are a must for this outfit!

 8. If you have a great body, but you're a bit petite, this eight idea is the one for you. You will need a yet another strapless dress (if you have a lovely neck line), preferably black and short and some high heel wedges. Choose simple but effective accessories to emphasize your beauty even more, like a long, thin necklace and a pink clutch. Add a big ring on your finger, some pink lip gloss and you're done!

9. Do you like the 80's style? Then dress number nine is perfect for you. If you have a similar one in a bright color it's even better. You can add some rounded earrings, a big beaded bracelet and a spangled clutch to complete the look. Choose some very high heeled shoes in a more modern feel, to avoid looking like a "Grease" character :P. And don't forget to tie your hair in a low bun and use a more natural type of makeup.

10. For the last idea I saved my own personal favorite combination: a dress that emphasizes your waist, that's not very short and has a roman inspired top part. A pair of high heel shoes, some elegant, massive earrings and a beaded clutch. Natural makeup is not a must. You can wear dark navy lids and shimmery cheekbones to complete the outfit. If you don't have a similar dress, take any dress you have that's more flowy and tight on the waist and take underneath it (if it's strapless or on one shoulder even better) a golden tank top. You will shine all night long!
