This is a grungy rock 'n' roll meets sultry eyes kind of look. Close your eyes and slightly stretch out top lid by pulling on the outer corner. You'll get a cleaner, neater line. Then, glide a soft black pencil along the top lashline and repeat on the bottom.
Add intensity by rimming the inside of each lashline with black pencil. Set the liner by brushing face powder over it with a shadow brush.
