Designer Rachel Roy is unbelievably gorgeous with superhuman shine to her hair. I recently tweeted her up, asking how she manages to keep her hair so glossy glossy. Rachel responded, "I don't put much in my hair, but whenever I do an updo I use a little Nivea hand cream."

Isn't it so unfair? I could sprinkle fairy dust in my hair and it would still look a hot mess.
