I did a purple and bronze look for my best friend Mon's birthday on Saturday. I wanted my makeup to match my purple hoodie. You have to be careful when you match your makeup with your clothes. You can look like a clown if the makeup is over done.
Tip: keep the bright color e/s just on your lid and do not pass the crease.
face:
-The Body Shop Tea Tree anti-blemish moisturizer all over the face.
-Graftobian HD cream foundation in buttermilk and dessert sand. I mixed the 2 colors together to get my perfect match.
-Almay line smoothing concealer in medium mixed with a little bit Graftobian cream highlighter in light highlight applied under the eyes.
-Dermablend setting powder in Cool Beige applied with a powder puff all over the face to set the concealer and foundation.
cheeks:
-Nars blush in Orgasm
-Milani bronzer to contour the cheekbones.
eyes:
-Almay line smoothing concealer as a base, primer applied all over the lids.
- NYX jumbo pencil in black bean applied and smudge all over the lids. This would act as a dark base.
-Milani e/s in Shock applied on top of the black base and lower lashline. The color will appear more deep and vibrant.
-Milani e/s Sun Goddess applied on the crease then brushed above the crease and on the brow bone as highlight.
-NYX e/s in black applied lightly in the outer V to give a little bit of definition. Blend with a blending brush.
-shimmery white e/s in the inner corners of the eyes to brighten up the eyes.
-Stila smudge pot in black to line the upper lashline and water line. This gel liner stays all day!
-Maybelline Great Big lash mascara
-Revlon Fantasy Lengths in Intensifying.
Milani e/s in Shock is an iridescent purple color. Applying it underneath a black base will intensify the color.
Milani e.s in Sun Goddess is a bronze color.
lips:
-Carmex to moisturize the lips
-Jesse's Girl kohl l/l in Melon Sorbet. Its pink. Applied on the natural lip line and fill in the whole lips.
-NYX round l/s in Narcissus.
NYX round l/g in Pink
This look is very easy to do. Try it!!!
