This is a Halloween themed look, not very hard to achieve and a bit "mild", to put it this way, for a costume look, but pretty appropriate for a vampire girl outfit! :)
(Thank you, Sabina, for the inspiration! ;) )
This is not a very hard to achieve makeup and I think it's nice for a costume party for Halloween, as a vampire. It does have the basis of every vampire makeup, the dark eyes and red lips, but with a twist: an additional pop of gold. I guess this way we could actually call it: Vampire girl goes clubbing! :D
I started off this look by applying a brown cream base, to make the colors more vibrant and to set a darker undertone for the following colors. Then I placed the first e/s on my lid area only, a dark shimmery red.
In the crease I placed a dark golden color, blending it slowly with the burgundy red. To darken the look, I applied a gray-black e/s on my crease, winging it out and creating a sharper edge using a wet tissue.
I added a shimmery white with golden undertones as my highlighter and created a heavy cat-eye effect on my upper lid with a black liquid liner. This was added on the lower lid too, smoked out a bit with a dark e/s. Then I lined my waterline with a black kohl and applied a golden glitter liner over the black liner, upper and lower lid, not covering all the black liner lid, but just by the lashline.
For the cheeks I used a coppery red blush and a gold highlighter (a gold e/s). The lips were defined with a blood-red lipstick, but were given that touch of gold as well, on the middle of the lower lip and on the cupid's bow. And so, the look is complete!
