Hey, girls! I'm back with another look I did a few days ago, this time on my sister's face, Mihaela ^.^. She was kind enough to let herself "painted" by myself and I wanted to do another Arabic inspired look, as I really love these, this time inspired also by a lovely blue and yellow sky. And this is how it looked like:

Buna fetelor! M-am intors cu un nou look of the day pe care l-am realizat acum cateva zile, de data aceasta pe sora mea Mihaela (:*), care a fost dragutza sa se lase "pictata" de mine. Am vrut sa creez un nou machiaj de inspiratie Araba, din moment ce imi plac acestea foarte mult, de data aceasta inspiratia venind si de la un frumos cer galben-albastrui. Iata si rezultatul:
To make the colors more vivid, the first thing I did was to apply a white base after the primer (Nyx Jumbo in Milk). After placing some skotch tape on the outer corner, I applied the first color, starting from the inner corner, but leaving the tearduct area empty (for the yellow e/s that will be placed there later on), a metallic green e/s (Urban Decay).

Pentru a face culorile sa apara mai puternice, dupa primer am aplicat o baza alba, creionul Nyx Jumbo nuanta Milk, pe toata pleoapa, pana la arcada. Dupa ce am adaugat putina banda scotch in coltul extern, a urmat prima culoare, un verde metalic din paleta Alice in Wonderland, Urban Decay, in partea interna a ochiului dar lasand coltul intern extrem liber pentru galbenul ce va fi aplicat mai tarziu.
After that, I took the second color, a metallic blue from the same Alice UD palette and placed it on the middle section of the lid, blending it well into the green. Then I took a matte blue e/s and applied it on the rest of my lid, blending it with the blue.

Dupa prima culoare, am aplicat-o pe a doua, un albastru metalic din aceeasi paleta UD, pe centrul pleoapei superioare, amestecand bine cu verdele aplicat initial. Apoi am selectat un albastru mat pe care l-am plasat in coltul extern al pleoapei superioare, blenduind cu albastrul metalic.
On the crease area I applied a dark blue color from the 120 palette, metallic also, darkening the outer corner of the eye with a shimmery black e/s from the same 120 palette. Then I took a shimmery yellow eyeshadow and started to blend the dark blue from the crease, going up towards the browbone but leaving some space for the highlighter.

In pliul pleoapei am adaugat un albastru inchis, metalic, din paleta 120, inchizand putin la culoare coltul extern al ochiului cu un negru sidefat din aceeasi paleta. Apoi am selectat un galben sidefat (p. 120) si am inceput sa blenduiesc albastrul din pliu, mergand spre arcada, dar lasand putin spatiu pentru highlighter.
As a highlighter I applied an iridescent gold-green eyeshadow, placed also on the inner corner of the lower lid. As for the lower lashline, I took a shimmery neon green from the 120 palette and placed it next to the iridescent e/s, followed by the dark blue from the crease.

Ca si highlighter am aplicat un auriu-verzui iridescent , plasat si pe pleoapa inferioara, in interior. Dupa aceasta culoare pe pleoapa inferioara, am aplicat un verde sidefat pe mijloc si albastrul dn pliul pleoapei superioare la exterior.
A black liquid liner was applied on the upper lid with a flick, followed by a black khol liner on the lower lashline and waterline, plus inner corner. After mascara, I applied a pair of false lashes, coating also the lower lashes with mascara.

Am aplicat apoi un tus lichid (elf) pe pleoapa superioara, ca si cat eye effect, urmat de un creion negru (Urban Decay Zero) pe pleoapa inferioara si waterline. Dupa mascara, aplicata atat pe genele superioare cat si pe cele inferioare, am adugat gene false pentru a da dramatism privirii.
For the cheeks I used a dark pink blush (Flushed from elf) and some highlighter (pink shimmer, Maybelline) and as for the lips, I used a neutral lip liner followed by a pink gloss (Pink Kiss from elf).

Pentru pometi am folosit un blush roz inchis (Flushed de la elf) si putin highlighter pentru stralucire (roz deschis de la Maybelline), iar pe buze am aplicat un liner intr-o culoare neutra si luciul Pink Kiss de la elf.
