*+* LOTD ~ Pink Glow + new buy *+*

A few days ago I bought a small makeup palette from the shop where I usually buy bargain makeup, very cheap but very lovely. This time I bought a 12 color palette with neutral, not very pigmented eyeshadows, but very glittery, matte with big glitters, combination that I really really love on my eyes.

So starting from this palette and using mostly the colors from here, I came up with this pink glow look, very wearable in most occasions, especially if you don't include the false lashes and tone down a little the brown in the crease. But this is the makeup I did:

First color that I applied is this very shimmery white eyeshadow from the left up corner of the palette, all over the lid, passing the crease with just a bit. Then I took the lighter pink from the right side of the palette, with a fluffy blending brush, and started blending that into my crease and a little above it.

To darken it up, I took the darker pink from underneath and applied it right over the lighter version, mostly in the crease. Then I applied the darkest color from the palette, the brown from the right, upper corner, on the outer corner of my eye and in the crease and blended it well with the other eyeshadows.

I applied the same shimmery light color from the lid on my browbone, near my tear duct and on the inner third of my lower lid. Then took the darkest pink color and smudged it on the rest of my lower lashline. To bring in even more light to the eye, I took a very shimmery white pigment and placed it on top of the white glittery eyeshadow, to reflect the light even more. I added my Kiko khol on my upper and lower lid and also on my waterline and applied some long and natural false lashes.

For the cheeks I used a pink blush and added a shimmery highlighter right on my cheekbone. The lips were given a lovely glow by using a glittery pink lipgloss. And that completes my "Pink Glow" look of the day.
