I kept this look actually very simple (even though I had a VERY hard time to blend out the navy blue /:P). I used only two colors and of course some other e/ss for highlighting and defining, but mostly an orange and a dark blue matte colors.
I applied a white base underneath, so I could have something to stick the colors onto. Then I applied my orange, my blue color, and started blending the blue up and inside the inner tear duct. I added just a drop of yellow and green on my lower lid, but I kept it less visible.
The only shimmery eyeshadow I used was a white glittery e/s placed in the inner corner of my eye. I added my liquid liner on my upper lash line and a black khol on my waterline + some mascara on the upper and lower lashes.
On my lips I placed a nude lip liner and some pink shimmery gloss, not matte, to balance up the look. The cheeks were defined with a shimmery brownish blush/bronzer.
I think that the look is good for a summer night party or for a hot date ;), but not very suitable for day time, as the color combination is very eye catchy in the bad way :)
