◘ Pink Velvet Makeup Look ◘

Pink eyeshadow does not have to be necessarily ugly, if you know how to apply it and mostly WHERE! It's important to avoid the inner corner, especially if it's a bright fuchsia color (but baby pink as highlighter works well enough).
Of course, pretty pink eyes are hard to achieve, but I will share a secret with you: use it combined with a little bit of red as outer corner color and with some white (matte) as inner corner and browbone color, and add a little bit of matte purple where you can! This way, even if it IS a clubbing night makeup, you won't look like a drag queen! ;)
My idea was one of a night makeup look, but I guess I managed to keep it pretty wearable, even with all the bling-bling from the inner corner (nail gems). I kept my lips nude and my cheekbone pale pink, so my face didn't end up looking like a clown's :P
I love how the purple diffuses the pink, washing a little from its intensity and how the white brings in the lost innocence of the fuchsia pink ;)
I was listening to some music while I did the look and pictures, so you may see the headphone of my ipod :P
