So, a week or so ago I received my prize package from Sephora, which, among other goodies, contained these two "Fame" lipglosses from their brand collection. I thought that it's a good opportunity to try them out and make a review on them, since they seem quite new to me, or at least I haven't seen much about them on other people's posts.
The packaging is actually very pretty itself, it has detailed elements imprinted in a very fashionable style, showing some skyscrapers and cinema related objects. The packaging is made of resistant plastic and it can be opened from both sides. Each lipgloss color has its own name printed on the plastic wrapper.
The lipglosses are stored in the usual gloss plastic/rubber container, and I can tell that it's really soft and thin, since you can smell their flavor even before you open the plastic packaging!
They smell and taste great (I am a sucker for lipglosses, especially the scented ones ^.^) and they have tons of little shimmers and glitters inside, which is good if you are a glitter lover like me! :D
The glosses have a very thick and long lasting consistency, but one may be bothered by the chunks of glitters which can be felt when you rub your lips together. Above you can see a swatch on my hand of both colors: the lightest one is "Raw Talent" and the rosy one is "Rising Star". There are other two color existent in the "Fame" Sephora line, and each color costs about 10$ (aprox. 8 Euros) a piece, depending on stores and locations.
Right under, you can see them swatched on my lips, each of them separately and then together, mixed.

I really like the fact that they are long lasting, even of they tend to be kind of sticky, but they are soft to the touch, regardless of the chunky glitters. Also, they are quite big in size, each of them having 15 ml (0.5 fl.oz). Here, you can compare them with the size of my hand. It's true though, I have really small hands :P
Pros: - long lasting
- greatly flavored
- big sized
- nicely packaged
- good looking on lips
Cons: - sticky feel
- chunky glitters
- pricey (10$ a piece).
All in all, I have to say that I am pretty satisfied with these lipglosses and that I do intend to buy more when I run out, as I am curious to try out the other existing two colors!
